MSU Gender and Sexuality Campus Center

The MSU Gender and Sexuality Campus Center is a student-centered campus resource that works to celebrate, affirm, and empower LGBTQIA+ members of the Michigan State University community. These drag shows offer a night of entertainment, dancing, and fabulous performances.

Salus Center

Founded in 2017, Salus Center serves Lansing’s LGBTQIA+ communities as a gathering space and information hub. It boasts an interior cozy seating and a diverse range of handcrafted cocktails. LanSINGout is a non-for-profit community chorus organized to provide opportunities for LGBTQIA+ persons and their allies to sing and display their talents together.

LanSingout Gay Men's Chorus 

Formerly the Greater Lansing Gay Men's Chorus. Additionally, there are lgbtq+Q+ bars and clubs in Lansing that host events like themed parties, karaoke nights, and drag brunches, providing an inclusive atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

1. Esquire: In the heart of the city Esquire is a hip lounge that caters to the lgbtq+Q+ community.

   OutFest features live music performances, drag shows, food trucks, community resources, and a lively atmosphere that brings people of all backgrounds together.

2. lgbtq+Q+ Film Festivals: Lansing hosts lgbtq+Q+ film festivals that showcase a variety of films with lgbtq+Q+ themes. The region hosts various lgbtq+QIA+ events each year, including the Family Pride Picnic, township pride events, Lansing Pride in Old Town, and Michigan Pride with a rally at the State Capitol Building.
