Federal authorities ultimately conducted a search back in April of the 43-year-old porn star's Manhattan apartment, where prosecutors said an SD card was recovered containing hundreds of video of child porn.
According to the Southern District of New York, Smith used Telegram to exchange hundreds of videos with another person, whose phone was seized by the FBI.
Prosecutors said an undercover FBI agent used that person's Telegram account to chat with Smith. Wolf ultimately pleaded guilty to the act in July.
“Justin Heath Smith’s crimes against children are horrible,” U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Jay Clayton said, referring to Wolf’s government name.
Ahead of being arrested in April 2024, Smith allegedly tried to meet with the father of a seven-year-old who offered to allow Wolf to have sex with his child. I knew it was wrong when I did it. “He targeted kids as young as seven, and every New Yorker wants him and those like him off our streets for as long as possible and never again near our children.”
Wolf, who appeared in hundreds of adult films for various studios, was also an early presence on online content subscription platforms like OnlyFans, eventually launching 4MyFans, a competing site.
Wolf also allegedly solicited child sexual abuse material from at least one minor, and from multiple people claiming to be minors, including one user who identified as just 12 years old, reports the New York Post.
On September 29, U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer sentenced Wolf to 19 years in prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release, and a $40,000 fine.

The videos recovered by feds allegedly contained children as young as infants, and in at least one case depicted a 10-year-old child bound and raped by a man.
The charge against Wolf had a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years, with a potential maximum sentence of life in prison.
As part of the plea deal, prosecutors agreed to drop lesser charges related to the possession, distribution, and receipt of child pornography. I take full 100 percent responsibility for my actions and I am prepared for the consequences,” he said.
ADA Getzel Berger detailed Smith’s crimes, including interstate commerce, enticing a minor to engage in activity in the facility of another individual, and oral sex with an individual younger than 17 years old.
Lesser pornography charges will be dropped at Smith’s sentencing, although feds had busted him a year ago for allegedly exchanging hundreds of child porn videos — including one showing a 10-year-old child being bound and raped, prosecutors announced,
The feds had raided Smith’s Manhattan apartment in April 2024 and found around 200 videos containing child porn on an SD card inside the adult film star’s computer room, his criminal complaint said.
Smith, who appeared buff and clean-shaven — despite wearing a nervous expression — cried and hugged his attorneys as he was led away by court marshals with a chained waist and handcuffs.
One man, who did not wish to share his name but identified himself as a “former fan” of Smith, attended the hearing.
I wish I could get a refund on all the money I spent on his videos,” the man told the Post.
Smith’s intention to plead guilty “ to a mandatory minimum charge with a significant advisory range” under sentencing guidelines was announced in a court filing Tuesday by his attorney, Thomas H.
Andrykovitz.
He was initially due to appear in Manhattan Federal Court on Wednesday, but it was extended until Friday to “fully prepare” for his guilty plea, court filings show.
Berger previously described him as a “danger to children online, danger to children offline, danger to children everywhere.”
He will face a mandatory 10 years in prison, and a maximum punishment of life in prison, Engelmayer said.
Smith has been held without bail in Brooklyn’s troubled Metropolitan Detention Center since his arraignment nearly a year ago.
His sentencing is scheduled for Sep.
9.
